RYA Start Yachting
This weekend course is aimed at total newcomers to sailing and covers part of the Competent Crew syllabus. It introduces you to the pleasures of sailing, teaching basic sailing techniques and safety at sea. It focuses on you having an enjoyable time, with good food and good company and hopefully leaves you wanting to come back; again and again and again and ....
After this weekend, if you decide you want to continue, you can complete your Competent Crew over a further 2 weekends or 3 days.
